I travelled from my country to have upper Blepahroplasty with Op. Dr. Özgül Uğurtay and I could not be happier! I have looked at many doctors and surgeons, but Dr. Özgül is an eye specialist and that made me feel very confident and safe. My Turkish language skills are minimal so I was very happy that she also speaks English well. She made me feel very relaxed from the first moment, with her lovely smile and amazing personality. She explained everything in detail. The surgery was quick and not painful at all. There was lovely music playing in the background and when she told me that we are done, I could not believe how quick it was. We stayed in touch every day as I was advised to send pictures daily until our 1 week follow up appointment. Today we have removed the stitches and I am absolutely in love with my eyes! My mother will now come to see the doctor soon too. I highly recommend Op. Dr. Özgül Uğurtay, she is not only a great Doctor but also a very kind and beautiful person. I highly recommend her. Amazing Doctor!! Recommend 5/5 I travelled from London to Istanbul for Smile eye surgery. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about the whole process and felt nervous - I had a first video call with Dr Ozgul to have to information about the surgery and she gave off a very positive vibe; upon my arrival in Istanbul I needed to have a more detailed confirmation with her so we chatted more about different eye surgeries and how they work, and then she proceeded to do my eye tests. Unfortunately she discovered I have glaucoma and couldn't get the eye surgery - nonetheless, Dr Ozgul was very thorough and explained the condition in great detail, after which she booked me in for a second appointment the next day to do more tests and confirm the diagnosis. All in all, my experience with her was AMAZING and WOULD WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND her to anyone who wants to put their eyes in good hands. She is very positive, has a very warm energy, is very patient and through in her appointments. A true professional.

Great experience, I went through Smile Relax laser eye surgery last week. The surgery was very quick and painless. I would really like to thank Dr Ozgul, she was very help throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her if anyone is looking for Smile laser surgery.
