I had rhinoplasty surgery about a year ago. They were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was in constant communication with both Ömer and Orhan. They left no stone unturned. The clinic and operating room are both very clean. I also get a lot of people stopping me in the street to ask where I had my surgery done. I would choose this place again. Not only me, but also others in my circle are often reluctant to come to me for cosmetic surgery for other reasons. He respects his profession, his patients, and is an expert in every aspect of his work. If anyone is considering coming, this is the best place I can recommend.

I purchased a laser treatment package for 8 sessions, but for the last two sessions, I've been constantly struggling to schedule appointments. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told the beauty department was closed and we'd refund my money. How can a beauty center suddenly close? Doesn't it matter who has a package? I was told there were only 10 clients left, and we'd refund their money. Why did you sell packages? Then, I was given a lump sum. Could I have come to Sena's session as well? I was very pleased with Gülseren. She does everything meticulously and beautifully, and she's a dedicated professional. Who made this decision and why? I also came to see Ömer for his procedures, but unfortunately, this situation has left me feeling insecure. It won't be my first choice.
