I flew all the way from Lithuania to Istanbul specifically to have my endoscopic midfacelift and Temple Lift with eyebrow lifting and upper blepharoplasty done by Dr. Mustafa Karakaş, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was organized and professional. Dr. Karakaş is not only highly skilled, but also kind and reassuring, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received from everyone involved. I'm very pleased with the results and so glad I made the decision to come to Turkey for this surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Mustafa Karakaş to anyone considering any facial aesthetic procedure. It was absolutely worth the trip!

I had the worst experience of my life last April 2025 when I went over to Turkey alone to have a procedure done. When I got to the hospital I was filmed without my consent, I then asked “could you stop filming me” the Dr then told his assistant to stop. We had agreed on what I was having done and I was to pay for my procedure, I took out my credit card to pay and was told “we only take cash” which I was never told (I went back on all my msgs to affirm this and it was never said ). Then, this led to a huge issue , I couldn’t transfer a huge sum of money as my bank wouldn’t allow me and with the time difference, i couldn’t get through to them. Then I was told to transfer different sums of money to other accounts, which was so strange to me! That wouldn’t work either , I kept asking “why can’t I just pay by card, this is so ridiculous”. No one brings a large amount of money with them these days. I got so frustrated and upset , I felt scared and I said “I don’t want to get this done , I feel too stressed”. The assistance then assured me, it will be ok and I can pay in the morning. So I went ahead with the treatment. After I had the treatment, I was very swollen and couldn’t see (that’s ok, it happens) but at around one in the morning , three men came into my room and demanded the money ! I was so frightened and I couldn’t see them , they now said I could pay by card (somehow, this was ok now?). One of them was the interpreter! It was the most frightening and scary experience, I just wanted to go home so much and i regretted coming over. I didn’t feel safe ! Now, 10 months on , I still have an infected wound site that keeps oozing puss but every time I send a msg to the “assistant” she keeps saying “ the doctor will fix it when you come back over to have another procedure “ and I keep getting msgs that I haven’t wrote back to, trying to get me back over to spend more money! I also was told “it’s not a serious problem”. I am currently going to a specialist to try get the opening that won’t heal , fixed which is costing me more money! It was an awful experience and completely unacceptable, all they care about is money. If they treat patients properly and professionally, then they wouldn’t have to keep annoying them for business! Don’t go over and do that to yourself, it was the worst experience of my life!! Straight away , you feel so unimportant and all they want is your money. There is not holistic or patient centred care.
