I had rhinoplasty for cosmetic reasons. My nose looks okay, but they left the tip too large. I'm very uncomfortable with it; one nostril is smaller, and my nose is constantly running. When I mentioned it to the surgeon, he didn't care at all and just prescribed cream. I'm absolutely regretful; my nose runs constantly, even when I'm just sitting at home, and I always carry tissues with me. I'm not happy at all; I wish I hadn't had the surgery.

2 years ago I had a deviation surgery without trusting Dr. Irfan Inan without any research. After the surgery, I had a collapsed nose and breathing difficulties. He performed a revision surgery again in his clinic in February 2025. My problems did not change. 3 different ENT doctors said the surgery was wrong. When I explained the situation to him, he asked for a tomography. I sent him my tomography dated November 11, 2025. He said that the nasal flesh had stretched on the right side. He said that this should be cut and burned. He performed the surgery for this procedure on Monday, November 17, 2025. I live in Antalya and you have nothing preventing you from traveling. He said, “Sin, you can go.” I removed the tampon after three days. He said you do not need to come for a follow-up visit. You can do all your activities. I saw the ENT on November 25, 2025 and the doctor said that the flesh had been cut too much and the tissue had stuck together again and placed another tampon. He asked me to come for a follow-up visit a week later and stated that this process would take longer. Dr. When I informed Mr. Irfan, he replied, "I didn't cut it, I just burned it." He has absolutely no patient follow-up whatsoever. He is constantly trying to justify himself. He even went so far as to show me another patient's photo as if it were me. What more can I say? The choice is yours.

I had rhinoplasty at this clinic approximately five months ago, performed by Dr. Serhat Yarar. Despite my complaints after the surgery, one of my nostrils is now small and gigantic. The nasal bridge is crooked, and I'm having trouble breathing. It's made my nose look like a pig's nose. There's zero interest or attention. I'm having trouble getting a doctor to see me on the same day without researching. BE CAREFUL.
