I've been a patient at Gözde Erten Clinic for about three years. My doctor Gözde performed a scar correction procedure on me a year ago, starting with non-surgical procedures like spot treatment and a triple skin procedure. I'm currently undergoing treatment for rectus diastasis with a rather major surgical procedure. Throughout this process, Gözde herself, her assistants Buse and Ayşe, Ecem, who handles accounting, and Seher at the reception desk—each one of them has become invaluable to me. Their friendly smiles, warmth, and trust, the information they provide before the procedure, and the attention and care they provide day after day are priceless. I believe the harmony between them as a team is reflected in my outlook. Gözde is clear and upright. She doesn't overstate things, she doesn't misrepresent herself; she is who she is. He caused complications in my aunt's eye. He ruined her face. He completely ignored the mistake he made. When we went for a checkup, he kicked the ground, screamed, spoke derogatorily, clenched his teeth, and made unprofessional gestures like gnashing his teeth. He completely destroyed her morale, saying, "Even if I had surgery on this whole face, it wouldn't get any better." He also shamelessly plundered our money for his erroneous and ineffective procedure.
