I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Ali Cetinkaya. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. I had a temporal lift and breast reduction (which also involved addressing a rupture), and his precision, care, and dedication were beyond anything I could have hoped for. Dr. Ali made me feel completely at ease through every step — he took the time to explain everything, showed genuine compassion, and treated me with such warmth and professionalism. The level of care he provided after surgery was just as amazing as the procedure itself. The results have exceeded my expectations — I’m honestly ecstatic. My confidence has been completely transformed, and I feel like the best version of myself again. I had a facelift, neck lift, platysma bands repair, brow lift and temporal lift with Dr Ali Cetakeye, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning he made me feel comfortable, listened to all my concerns, and explained everything in clear detail. I live with hemicrania continua, (which is a rare, chronic headache disorder that causes constant, fluctuating pain on both sides of my head and face) , so I was worried about how the surgery and recovery might affect my pain. Amazingly, not only was the whole process so much easier than I expected, but the constant pain I had over my eyebrows has now completely gone since surgery. That in itself has been life-changing. The results look so natural — my jawline and neck are smooth, the platysma bands are gone, and the lift around my brows and temples has completely refreshed my face without making me look “done.” I still look like me, just a better, brighter version. Recovery was smooth, and Dr Ali and his team were always there if I had questions or needed reassurance. I honestly feel he’s given me back my confidence and more comfort going forward.
