After spending most of my life flat-breasted, I found Dr. Çağrı Sade through friends’ recommendations, and I’ve started living the rest of it in better clothes and with a body I finally feel at hom.
From the first consultation, he listened carefully, guided me to the right size for my frame, and aimed for a natural, balanced look. The surgery and recovery were smoother than I expected; swelling and tenderness were manageable, my scars are neat and discreet, and I felt informed at every step.
My confidence has lifted along with my wardrobe options. Thank you doctor and see you next year during my visit to Istanbul! 🙏🥳
Review of Dr. Çağrı Sade and Clinic Center
I strongly advise anyone considering plastic surgery in Turkey to stay far away from any surgeon affiliated with Clinic Center. My experience with them—specifically with my coordinator, Alara—was nothing short of miserable.
Misleading Contract and Poor Communication
Before my trip, my contract clearly stated that the package included five nights in a four-star hotel and all transportation. However, when I met Dr. Çağrı Sade in person, he informed me that I would need to stay at least 10 nights due to post-surgery drains. I had no issue staying longer for medical reasons, but this crucial information should have been communicated upfront.
Coming from the United States, my flights were already booked, and changing them on short notice was stressful and expensive.
Disappointing Hotel and Recovery Conditions
Clinic Center booked us at the Volley Hotel, which they claim is four stars—at best, I’d give it 2.5 stars. The rooms were hot and stuffy, as the hotel has no air conditioning in fall, winter, or spring. Between the traffic noise and roosters crowing at 4 a.m., sleeping was nearly impossible.
Some rooms are remodeled while others are not; we were initially placed in one of the older, worn-down rooms that were dirty and uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly asking to move to another hotel, Alara was unhelpful and difficult to deal with.
After the five nights included in our package, we decided to pay out of pocket to move to a better hotel nearby. Once we moved, Clinic Center refused to provide any transportation, even though it was clearly included in our contract. When we spoke to Kerem and Cenk, Dr. Çağrı Sade’s assistants, they assured us they would handle it—but in the end, they did not keep their word. We had to pay for all our own transportation, including rides to the clinic and back to the airport.
Hospital and Translation Issues
While I do think Dr. Çağrı Sade is a skilled surgeon, the hospital itself was not very clean, and the staff spoke almost no English. The translators were completely unreliable—we never had the same translator twice, and the only time they showed up was when it was time to collect payment.
When you really need help—like right after surgery trying to communicate with the nursing staff—you’re left on your own.
Final Thoughts
In the end, my overall experience with Clinic Center and Dr. Çağrı Sade’s team was terrible. What could have been a positive experience turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal.
While I was recovering, I’ve done more research and found many clinics in Turkey that offer far better care and communication, as shared by others on TikTok and social media.
If you’re considering surgery in Turkey, do your homework carefully. I would not recommend Dr. Çağrı Sade or Clinic Center to anyone. Dr. Çağrı Sade should surround himself with more compentent people.that actualy care about your recovery. It hard enough to be in a foreign country
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Sade’s Clinic. From the start of my consultation 7 months ago, through my recent treatments and stay in Istanbul, to the aftercare, everything ran smoothly, and every person who was involved in my treatment, be it the surgeon, the nurses, the drivers or the online staff, was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Dr. Sade and his team to anyone who is thinking about cosmetic surgery in Turkey.
