UPDATE — Jan 9, 2026: The clinic has refused to honor their guarantee for my failed crown transplant. Despite receiving private photo evidence of the lack of density, they are now trying to charge me for a second surgery with a "40% discount." I will not pay twice for a failure. ​Prospective patients, beware: - ​ATM Cash Payments: Their coordinator, Berkin, physically escorted me to an ATM to pay the full amount in cash. No official tax invoice was provided. - ​Zero Accountability: They only responded to my concerns after I threatened formal action, and even then, only to ask for more money. - ​Escalation: I am now filing formal reports with the Turkish Ministry of Health and MASAK regarding these tax and medical irregularities. - ​Travelers from Australia and elsewhere should avoid this clinic. They do not stand behind their work once they have your cash. Title: ABSOLUTE WARNING: Failed Results, ZERO Support, and Mandatory Cash Payment I underwent a hair transplant with Micro FUE Turkey in May 2024 in Istanbul. After waiting the required 1.5 years for the final result, I am deeply dissatisfied and consider the procedure a failure. 1. Failed Medical Outcome: I was promised total coverage, but the current result shows minimal difference from my initial bald state. This procedure failed to deliver the outcome guaranteed prior to payment. 2. Severe Service Failures: The entire experience was a nightmare. I was promised VIP service but was left without my pre-arranged transfer. Most alarmingly, due to the clinic's rigid mandatory cash-only payment policy for the substantial fee, my stay was severely complicated. This led to an incident where my hotel room access was restricted until payment was forced through restrictive bank withdrawal limits. 3. Zero Accountability: I filed a formal complaint with management regarding the poor result and the egregious service failures. The clinic failed to honor its own internal deadlines and ultimately refused to offer any partial financial compensation for the failed procedure. Damage to Reputation: As everybody knows, Istanbul, Turkey has become the hair transplant capital of the world thanks to the skills of their surgeons and advanced techniques. It's a shame that clinics like this one damage this reputation. My review is about this clinic and not the entire body of world-reputed experts. Final Conclusion: They are highly focused on securing cash payment but provide unsatisfactory long-term results and unprofessional service. I urge caution and cannot recommend their services.

We highly recommend Umit for bookings to view Turkey also Kos and Rhodes. Everything was professionally organised from start to finish. He also checked with us the following day to see how things went which alot of tour operators do not. Any time we come to Bodrum we will definitely visit Umit, wonderful person full of banter, we couldn't have met a lovelier person. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

I suffered a heavy hair loss since 6 years ago. I tried every solution e.g. minoxidil, finast, zinch, etc. only giving temporary result. At one point, i'm sure that hair transplant is my last resort. I've just googled 'hair transplant turkey', grab every result from page 1 only :)), making comparison, and found out that Micro fue is worth a try. The communication is very clear, nothing hidden. They asked me to deposit USD 300 for securing a schedule, which is very reasonable. What they offer: 1. 5-star hotel (Do not underestimate your post-transplant condition. It was really painfull, and my body's temperature slightly rising up. So, having a best place to take a fullday rest is a MUST!) 2. Private transport from airport to the hotel.(The Istanbul airport is quite far from the Istanbul city center, so after long flight, i dont think i have any mood for searching any taxis or buses :D) 3. An agent/intermediary/translator at Hospital. (Muhammed is very competent person, he will handle every contract and every communication with the doctor and technicians) 4. The Hospital (though it's quite far from hotel, but thumbs up for the facilities. Initially, i tough the hair transplant will be conducted at a small clinic, but it didn't. It was a big hotel-alike hospital.) 5. The post-transplant treatment package (for basic package, you only get foam/lotion and shampoo which is fine for me, but i prefer additional 6-month-supply package consist of shampoo, serum, oil, vitamin, dermaroller for best result). 6. 1 year online consultation.
