I recently visited Mery estetik center and had a highly disappointing experience. Meral, who administered the Botox and facial rejuvenation injections, was absolutely unprofessional and failed to deliver the expected results. On top of this, I prepaid for three facial rejuvenation sessions but received only one. However, it’s worth mentioning that Dr. Ahmed, who performed CGF injections for hair strengthening, he was professional and also very pleasant. The upfront payment system adds to the overall dissatisfaction. In my opinion, one star is more than sufficient to rate this center considering the service provided.

First of all, I'd like to thank Dr. Meral, Dr. Adem, Specialist Deniz, and Nurse Cemile. They have an excellent team spirit. We were very pleased with the comprehensive information they provided, their professionalism, the state-of-the-art equipment, the cleanliness and confidence of the clinic, and their attentiveness. We felt like we were hosted in a welcoming environment, not just for a procedure. We were very pleased with the procedure. After the one-hour procedure, we felt at least 15 years younger. After the procedure, we were amazed by their attentiveness, friendliness, and patience. We were available 24/7. I often felt embarrassed to bother them, but they never hesitated to help us. We were able to ask any questions we had. I've never encountered such a wonderful blend of doctors, teams, and clinics. After joining the Mery Estetik family, no other device or doctor has ever left me wanting. I have complete confidence in them 🩷
