I had my hair transplant at HWT in Istanbul about four weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care. From the very first consultation, Hugo guided me through the entire process and made sure everything was organized. On the day of my operation, I was warmly welcomed by the team. After the routine blood test and ECG, I had my consultation with Dr. Mehmet Can Saki—a highly skilled and experienced surgeon, also a member of the European and Turkish Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon. Alongside him, Dr. Onur Karayel, the DHI specialist, performed the surgery flawlessly and completely pain-free. I also want to highlight Hafsa, who supported me throughout the day, ensuring everything went smoothly—she’s truly a credit to the clinic. Finally, Dr. Asuman Dinçer, the anesthesia specialist, made the entire procedure completely comfortable and painless. The clinic also arranged all logistics, including airport transfers and hotel pick up which made the whole experience stress-free. I had an amazing experience with my hair transplant trip to Turkey, and I’m happy to share it. From the moment I landed at the airport, the clinic arranged for a driver to pick me up. The driver was so friendly and helpful, and he took me straight to the hotel that the clinic had booked for me. The hotel was fantastic, with a spacious room that I absolutely loved. The next morning, the driver picked me up again and took me to the clinic. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by everyone there. The staff were not only friendly but also highly trained, and it was clear they were doing their best to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I was feeling quite anxious about the surgery, but the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel excited and confident about moving forward. Their hospitality truly stood out to me. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m so happy with the work they have done and can’t wait to see the full results.
