Eve and Ezgi provided exceptional service and support throughout the entire pre, during and post surgery. My husband had a hair transplant and couldn’t be better informed and taken care of. He also did his smile which also came out great. We were picked up from airport in first class bus and taken to very nice hotel which included breakfast. We didn’t have to worry about any transport or next steps. I recommend this clinic for their professionalism and excellent customer care/support! Thank you Eve!
I chose this clinic for a 4,500-graft hair transplant based on the assurances I received before payment. I was told multiple times that I had more than enough donor supply, both during the online consultation and again at the hotel before the procedure.
However, once the payment was completed, the information changed completely. The promised 4,500 grafts were suddenly reduced to around 1,800, and based on the final results, it appears even fewer grafts were actually implanted (600-1000).
The surgical environment raised several concerns regarding safety and hygiene.
The operating room was outdated and poorly maintained.
Windows were kept open during the procedure, which is not consistent with standard sterile surgical conditions.
People were smoking in the hallway with the door open, allowing smoke to enter the surgical area.
There were multiple interruptions as individuals entered the room to speak with the staff performing the procedure.
I was not offered food or water during my procedure.
Some of the equipment showed visible watermarks, raising questions about cleanliness.
Despite being told a doctor would be present, no doctor participated in or supervised the procedure.
My interpreter, Eva left immediately after payment. When I asked why the clinic did not match the hospital shown during the consultation, she said hospital has many doors and this is the back of the hospital(what a liar). Communication after that point was minimal.
The graft count was only provided after the procedure. No information or updates were given during the surgery, and there was no transparency regarding how the final number was determined. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told my donor area was insufficient. However, a consultation with another doctor afterward confirmed that I still have 1,600–2,000 grafts available, suggesting the issue was not my donor area but a lack of honesty from the clinic.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The lack of transparency, inadequate hygiene standards, poor communication, and questionable surgical practices caused significant concern. For anyone considering a hair transplant, I strongly recommend choosing a clinic that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and honesty.
I started talking with Cihan in April 2025. Right from the beginning, he was clear, helpful, and patient. He provided all the documents I needed for my visa and answered all my questions before I booked anything.
Once I arrived in Istanbul, everything was organized: airport pickup, hotel accommodations, and hospital visits. I stayed overnight at the spotless Cerrahi Hospital. The surgeon was professional, the nurse was kind, and translators were available as needed.
Now, two weeks post-op, I’m feeling good and still supported. Cihan continues to check in on me and answer my questions promptly. I would also like to thank Bachir and Eve from the team, they were amazing throughout the whole experience.
Overall, it was a solid experience with transparent communication and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend this place.
