This place has destroyed my health my vision and my beauty they are fully unprofessional the doctor is a young and unprofessional she injected the filler wrong instead of my checks she injected on my vein also the forehead Botox she blocked my head veins and I’m now in Uk In Hospital seeking treatment.
I also lost my vision as they injected the under eyes filler wrong too.
The receptionist even don’t give the details of your treatments they just take cash and don’t even give you bill .
I contacted them after I face all this problem they never replied back as the hospital I’m admitted they need to know which product they used for filler and Botox to get me the right treatment but Estepoint do not reply me back and I’m struggling with my health in hospital.

Honest and real review. The other reviews are probably written by advertisers for the company. Please see the result pictures. Those are taken 1year after the surgery. There is no gurantee. Fake certificate. They take your money and never offer support after I contacted them to inform them that almost 70% of the grafts to the crown has fallen off. I had 4500 grafts. Probably only 2000 grafts have survived. As you can see from the pictures the results are patchy. The extracted doner area is not consistant and left me with visiable scars. Alot of hair was extracted from a concentated focused area and not evenly taken from the donor area. I have asked them to correct but they ignore my messaged. DO NOT TRUST this Clinic. please go somewhere else. Happy to provide more photos of the results. AVOID!!
I traveled all the way from London to Istanbul for ESTELIFT after being impressed by their Instagram page. On the day of the consultation, a lady who was the doctor's assistant recommended 20 ML of filler for my face, clearly aiming to make money by overselling their product. Despite my insistence that I only needed 4 ML for my small, slim face, she persuaded me to agree to 7 ML for a supposedly better result which cost me $700 .
During the treatment, a young woman, claiming to be the doctor, seemed to be in a hurry. When I tried to explain and show her the specific areas needing filler, she curtly told me to be quiet, insisting she knew what to do. She hastily injected 7 ML into my face, 1 ML into my lips, and Botox around my forehead, all in just three minutes.
The next day, I woke up with a severely swollen and red face, along with badly bruised lips. Shocked and scared, I contacted the clinic, but they ignored me. Three days later, I noticed more wrinkles and lines on my forehead, as the Botox was administered incorrectly, causing uneven muscle movement. My face's shape was drastically altered, making me look completely different and unappealing. The worst part was losing my eyesight after the under-eye filler.
In the UK, doctors advised that I need information on the product used, but the clinic has not responded in 10 days. During my consultation, I saw another patient crying because her eyes were uneven after their treatment. The clinic refused to discuss her case, citing privacy.
This clinic is a scam. They refused to give me a receipt, claiming they don't want to pay tax, and provided no paperwork on the products used.
Please, everyone, be aware of this place. They are highly unprofessional and unethical.
