I wanted a natural, slightly wavy blow-dry. Mr. X said it would be better and more permanent with a curling iron. I said okay. I burned my scalp three times with the curling iron, but still, I remained polite and didn't say anything. Mr. X made a joke about the burn because I have beautiful hair. So what happened in the end? It's a ridiculous style I could have done at home with little effort. Oh, and Mr. X kept telling me my hair was thin and the style would fade anyway, and he was the one who said it would be more durable with curling irons in the first place! Even though the desired style wasn't that difficult, I don't plan on coming to this place anymore because they make me look the way I don't want... As a result of you getting distracted by the curling iron, which is a sign of negligence, you've lost a customer.
