I had Botox done at this center and nothing changed at all. I told them repeatedly, went for check-ups 3 times, and each time it didn't work. I requested another check-up and asked them to perform the procedure properly, but no one answered the phone or responded to messages for 1-1.5 months. Then I wrote on Instagram that I would initiate legal proceedings, and they used the excuse that their phone was broken. Can a business have a broken phone for 1.5 months? When I mentioned legal action, they called me in for a check-up, and I said I would go. Then they messaged me saying the pipes had burst and called me to a hospital in a very distant location. I asked when the water problem at their center would be fixed, and of course, all of this was just a delaying tactic, so they haven't responded for weeks. I guess their Instagram is broken now. I absolutely do not recommend them and will be filing complaints with the relevant authorities.

Hello, I want to say that the people working there are unprofessional. I came for a consultation and they were sitting there, arrogant and uneducated, and they probably just completed some kind of training. They don't know how to communicate with people. They gave me some injections, but they didn't even tell me or show me that they were injecting my face. Their movements were sloppy, and my face was swollen after the injections. I got Botox, but they don't know how to do it, they don't know the technique. My eyebrows and eyelids are drooping. I had it done in Kazakhstan before; it was cheaper and the staff were professional, but here the work was poor. Of the 45 reviews, they probably wrote positive reviews themselves and gave high scores. There's no hygiene or cleanliness, and even a dog roams the entire premises; there's no sterility whatsoever. I see they always reply that you weren't on the list of visitors; I'll probably get the same answer for me.

Exactly a year ago, they took 10 thousand TL from me for a transaction fee and although I called and wrote many times and asked for an appointment, I did not receive the service I paid for with the excuses. No one contacts me in any way. They only care before taking the money, but after taking the money, they cut off communication. Do not go there, I was scammed. Don't be scammed too.
