On November 8th, we signed a contract for my mother's first hair mesotherapy session, and the next day her forehead swelled up. Her eyes started to close. Due to these side effects, we wanted to cancel the contract. They stalled us for 2-3 weeks. We also signed a contract for my wife. She was also dissatisfied with the treatment and wanted to cancel, so we wrote a cancellation request for her as well. Even after 3 weeks, we haven't received a refund. This is a place you should never trust. Stay away from them. They make promises and talk until they get your money, then they never care. I will also pursue legal action.
