I wouldn't recommend this place or any of their surgeons. My mom had her procedure in September 2025. The first thing i advise not to do is to leave your parents with them to sign papers. They pulled her to the office alone and she signed papers. The clinic name didn't show up on any part of it except the receipt. The doctor who did the procedure is different from the doctor whose name is on the paper. And when you ask, the case worker gives a BS answer. We came from a different country solely for this procedure so we didn't want to cancel it. But now i wish i did something. They didn't explain or say anything about the post op care process. the hospital and staff are something else. They touch IV lines and do bandages change without gloves and without sanitizing their hands. They placed the blood filled bedding on the floor. It was disgusting. BH clinic i think was the name. The case workers tried to gatekeep the surgeon and tried to make the check ups as short as they could. Thank god my mom knows turkish and she spoke with the surgeon, otherwise god knows what kind of bs translation they would do. She had a problem with the drainage tube and they tried to convince her that it was ok. Thank god again she speaks Turkey and she insisted on being seen again, against the caseworker's wish. The surgeon drained it a little bit she needed more sessions but unfortunately it was the day of our flight back home. apparently the caseworker didn't communicate the issues my mom was having to the surgeon before that. We had to take Her to the emergency room when we came back where they did more drainage and prescribed antibiotics. My mom had upper and lower blepharoplasty and face and neck lift. And here after almost 2 months i can say her face looks the same as if no procedures were done. It was a waste of money, time, physical and mental effort.

I came to turkey all the way from Australia to get my teeth fixed because it was gonna cost me so much money to get them fixed back at home, I usually have a fear and I'm extremely scared of going to a dentist, Dr Ali communicated everything with me and assured me that everything will be fine while I was in Australia he really made me feel at ease, he was super helpful, super understanding and just great at communicating everything with me. He answered all my questions for me with no hesitation. Dr Ali organised everything for us and made our trip to turkey so easy, from transportation, to being picked up from the airport, transportation to and from the clinic to hotel stay and also medication. I was abit sceptical at 1st that they would finish in such a short period of time, but they got to work straight away. Everyone was so professional, I felt no pain, it was quick and the level of communication was outstanding. I'm so happy with my new teeth, I can smile with confidence and I feel no pain at all. Thank you to all the professional dentists at Elay Clinic and thank you Dr Ali, everyone was so amazing, we felt just like at home. I would definitely recommend Elay clinic
