I chose to undergo rhinoplasty because I wanted a smaller, more refined version of my nose. My nose had no bumps, and my goal was subtle change not reconstruction. During my consultation with Dr. Bora, I was very clear about what I wanted, and he assured me it was achievable. I trusted that my requests were understood. Unfortunately, the result was the opposite of what we discussed. Despite explicitly telling him not to touch my radix, which had a natural and attractive curve, I woke up with a noticeable bump that had never existed before. My nostrils were lifted excessively, stitches were visible, and the columella dropped, making my nostrils appear abnormally large. The outcome was distressing and completely altered the balance of my face. What concerns me further is the review process. Patients are encouraged to leave Google and RealSelf reviews almost immediately after surgery when swelling hides irregularities and before long-term results are visible. This creates a misleading impression of success. I strongly advise anyone reading glowing early reviews to be extremely cautious and to seek long-term, unfiltered patient outcomes. Also note that all the instagram pictures are of people wearing makeup and the pictures do look photoshopped, don't trust what you see like I did. Instagram will never show all the botched jobs, like mines. I ultimately required revision rhinoplasty with another surgeon to correct the damage. Only after a second surgery did my nose finally look the way I had originally asked for. Revision surgery is not minor it is emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting, and it could have been avoided. But I'm glad I found a surgeon that knew what he was doing and has fixed my nose. If you are considering surgery with this doctor, please proceed with extreme caution. Take your time, look beyond early reviews, and understand that the consequences of a poor result are far more serious than they may appear at first.

Hi from the Netherlands! I had my surgery on Juli 11 2025 by Doc. Bora OK. After A couple years (23 years) of doing research for a rhinoplasty surgery! I find Doc. Bora OK. He is very kind, respectful and patient. Because of his many years of experience, he sees what kind of nose will fit your face, without overdue-ing it and over-pinching your nature nose. He makes a better version of your own nature nose! That’s why he is so amazing! I will say iam still battling with my appearance, because of the swelling of the nose, but Doc. Bora insured me that it wil be better during the time! And that’s what I am experiencing now. My nose is now less swollen than 2 months ago. Iam getting a lot of compliments and many people said that you don’t see that I had had surgery! Also Doc. Bora’s team are very amazing! of doc Bora. In particular Seval! Elegant, kind and sweet but, direct and firm. She knows what she is talking about! She very quick in responding your messages/questions and gives very clearly answers. I love her! Team Doc. Bora is amazing and I recommend everyone who what’s to have any kind of surgery to contact Doc. Bora OK’s team!

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Bora and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Bora is kind, caring, and very professional. He listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly the result I had hoped for – my breasts look beautiful and natural.
