The agreed treatment plan consisted of composite bonding to 16 teeth and two dental bridges to the lower left and lower right sides of my mouth. During my stay, I was required to extend my accommodation because the lower left bridge broke during the initial fitting and had to be remade.
In addition, two days after treatment began and while I was still in Turkey, one of the composite bonding restorations on my lower front tooth broke, prior to all agreed work being completed. This failure occurred almost immediately and sadly should have been an indication that the standard of work being provided was not as agreed.
At the time, the left bridge broke during initial fitting, I was informed by the clinic manager that my jaw was “tight” and was encouraged to purchase Botox injections from the clinic. This explanation is inconsistent with my dental history. My UK dentist of over 20 years has never raised concerns regarding jaw tension, and I have never experienced cracked or broken crowns or bridges prior to my treatment at Diamond Dental. In fact, my previous crown had been insitu for 10 years. The suggestion that these failures were due to the size of my jaw, appears to be an attempt to deflect responsibility, rather than your poor workmanship.
(one week after returning to the UK), the composite bonding on my front tooth broke. Despite repeated attempts to contact your clinic via email, phone, and message, I received no response and was forced to pay £200 for urgent private dental treatment in the UK on the 8th of September 2025 in order to return to work.
On the 20th of September, the lower left bridge broke in half and a top tooth chipped, leaving me in pain, with significant sensitivity and unable to eat on that side of my mouth.
On Sunday 10th January, the lower right bridge detached entirely, leaving me with:
• Two exposed, shaved-down teeth
• A missing tooth
• Severe sensitivity to hot and cold
• Inability to eat on either side of my mouth
• An Injury caused by sharp edges from the shifting bridge prior to it falling out
I informed the clinic that since the 8th of September 2025 (Less that 2 weeks since treatment)
• Composite bonding across multiple teeth was chipping
• One tooth had completely broken apart
• There was a visible fracture line in the lower left bridge leaving me in a significant amount of pain
Despite continued attempts to follow up, my communications were repeatedly ignored.
I am currently experiencing ongoing pain and distress as a direct result of this treatment.
After further persistence, I was instructed to attend Allure Dental Clinic in Barnet, described as a UK partner clinic, during a promotional event day on 12th October 2025. At this appointment, both the treating dentist and a sales representative for Diamond Dental confirmed that the work completed was poor and “not of a very good standard,” and that basic checks, including ensuring I could bite and chew properly, had not been carried out before treatment was concluded.
The sales representative informed me that he would return to Turkey to discuss my case with your dental team and advised that Diamond Dental would cover the costs of travel, transport, and accommodation for corrective treatment. Despite this assurance, I received no follow-up for several weeks, despite repeated attempts to obtain updates.
I would also like to formally note that:
• I have never received a written treatment plan or care summary; despite repeated assurances it would be provided before my departure on 25th August 2025 and for weeks since returning to the UK.
• The bridges were sold with a 10-year guarantee
• My UK dentist has taken X-rays ( 5th January 2026) and confirmed that the treatment I received does not constitute a dental bridge, but rather a dental plate, which was not properly secured, which explains the cracking, instability, pain, and now complete loss of one 'bridge'.

I look forward to hearing from your team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience!
I had the best experience getting my veneers done. From start to finish, the team made me feel so comfortable. Even when I was nervous, they kept me calm and reassured throughout the whole process. Coordinator Fahad and Dr Berra are truly amazing people, so patient, so caring, and incredibly skilled at what they do.
Any changes or adjustments I wanted, they fulfilled them without hesitation and made sure I was 100% happy with my smile, they look so natural! The level of care, communication, and professionalism was outstanding. I’m honestly so grateful for the whole team. If you’re thinking about getting veneers, crowns or composite boding this is the place to go!!
Just finished my appointment at Diamond Dental Antalya and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. Had my teeth cleaned, whitening done, a filling replaced, and some composite bonding work. Dr. Sergen Özdemir was thorough and took his time explaining each step. The whitening results are noticeably brighter than I expected, and the composite bonding blends in perfectly with my natural teeth. Pearl was helpful coordinating everything smoothly. The clinic is clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional without being rushed. Would definitely come back for future work.
