Unfortunately, I am very upset with his behavior. Even though he told me on the phone that he wouldn't charge for the check-up, when I went there, he charged me 40 USD and gave me medicine to reduce the pain. He was supposed to arrange a second check-up after a week, but he never called me back to schedule it. He may be a good person, but he's not keeping his word. My first disappointment was being charged for the check-up, and the second was that he didn’t arrange the follow-up appointment, even though I had already paid for the check-up. When I called him back after three weeks, he simply said, "Sorry, I might have forgotten..." Clearly, I would not recommend his clinic.

How lucky any patient who encounters Dr. Murat Colpan! Most importantly he is genuine & pleasant to be around, as is his staff member Semra hanim. I felt so comfortable with him, that I just followed all of his advices and yes was I lucky! So far I have been there twice, first for regular cleaning (to feel him out ;) and then for some fillings, which I though were complicated, he on the other hand just mastered like it was a routine. I also sent my American friend to him (doc speaks flawless English), who was also very impressed. The office has a full sea view at the Yalikavak marina, is spotless clean and makes me want to go more often.
