I had mild sagging on my face. I had a non-surgical facelift, the BTL procedure. Afterward, the doctor administered a moisturizing injection as a maintenance treatment. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them. Thanks to my dear doctor, Fatma Özel, and her team.

It seems all the negative reviews about this place are about the doctor changing prices and not respecting her guarantee that she promises for her work. I visited this clinic in February 2023 with my friend who speaks Turkish so she can translate. I wanted melasma spots on my face to be treated and some spider veins on my legs treated as well. The doctor carefully examined my face then asked me to take off my pants so she could examine the spider veins on my legs. She checked the front and back of both of my legs. She told me that she could treat both issues in one session and that it would only take one session and she provided a guarantee. She quoted 3000 liras for a laser treatment for the melasma on my face and another 5000 liras for a Yag laser treatment on the spider veins on my legs. My friend explained that this price seemed a bit expensive but the doctor argued that it was a fair price due to her guarantee she is providing with the treatment. I must also mention that the doctor requested that the payment be made in cash, which we agreed. After they collected the money, the woman in charge of accepting payments explained they do not provide receipts for cash payments and payments in cash are only recorded in their system under the patient's file. The nurse was very kind and gentle and she applied the numbing cream to the areas that were to be treated and she took pictures of all the areas. Then the doctor came to do the treatment...this is where the doctor decided to double her price for the spider veins treatment...she claimed that she didn't see that there were 4 areas of veins that needed to be treated on my legs and her price that she quoted the previous day only reflected one area on my left leg. She had also asked my friend to leave the room before she started discussing the new price, so I was alone with the doctor unable to explain myself in English / Turkish. I told the doctor that I didn't have 10,000 liras with me to pay her so she only treated a small area on my left leg. The laser treatment lasted less than 2 minutes. For 5000 liras that seemed expensive. She said that we misunderstood her when she gave the price the previous day. My friend, who was translating, got upset and confronted the doctor about this and the doctor again repeated the same thing. Her decision to literally double the price one minute before the treatment was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable to even continue any treatment. There are plenty of clinics in Bursa that have the same equipment as this place, it would be wise to try somewhere else if you want to receive honesty and fairness. When you agree on the price the day before the treatment it should be honored by both parties but her decision to literally double the price one minute before the treatment was not fair. The staff inside the clinic are very nice and polite with the patients. The laser treatments took only minutes to complete.
