I had booked with Dentaverse to have all on 6 implants with new permanent teeth on top and bottom jaws. However, when they did the scans it turned out I needed a bone graft and sinus lift. I was a little upset, but not because of the extra cost, but the time needed to heal. In the second visit I was told it won’t be all on 6, but 6 on top with 4 implants in the bottom. I was not given a reduction in price though. Remember this is now 4 months since they had the scans showing my bone structure. They had to bring in a different surgeon too as nobody was willing to do this work. (Their words) This all delayed my treatment by a couple days, making everything else rushed. In my top set of implants one is placed outside my gum, and even with my teeth in you can see the metal of the implant outside of my gum. On the third visit they put on my final teeth. But I instantly asked about them as they seemed too short, making my face profile look different - pulling my chin higher. (Like you see with older people who have had no teeth in for a while,) also on the bottom right I can feel it’s not in line with my gum/bone. Although it can’t be seen it does mean I can always feel it. I don’t notice this feeling in my top teeth, or in the bottom left side. I now have a slight lisp, and it’s been about 6 months so should be ok speaking by now. Strangely as soon as I asked about this Hazel has stopped replying to my messages. I was even writing to ask about another cosmetic treatment (liposuction) which I hoped she could arrange; I even sent the photos she asked me to send. Up to the point I started saying I wasn’t happy with my teeth I’d always got a very quick reply. But now I’ve not heard anything for months. Within a few weeks of getting home I felt a crack and a couple of small parts of tooth was chipped off. I sent a photo but was told “it’s just glue” I wasn’t aware that glue is used. Then a few months later on the same thing happened again. This time a larger piece of tooth chipped off from the bottom. This left a sharp edge that has repeatedly cut into the inside of my mouth. Again I sent photos - but by this stage I had been ignored for a while and this was never responded to. I’ve done a series of YouTube videos about my experience to help anyone looking into having “all on 6” in Turkey. But haven’t done the last video in the hope that they would sort out my issues. Sadly I will be putting out the last video in the next week or so, but it’s going to be really negative. I generally get a few thousand views on each video, so at least I know I’m helping others. The staff and surroundings of the clinic are all amazing and very beautiful. But I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your treatment. It honestly breaks my heart to say that as before the treatments were finished I have had good service and contact, but once they had all of the money I was just forgotten about and ignored. EDIT: I decided one star was a bit harsh. But I’d still warn you to be wary. I also forgot to mention that when I got my temporary teeth they didn’t give me any for the bottom jaw although I paid for them. So I paid extra for graft which I was told would be free (I know I had to pay extra for sinus lift, which I’m ok about,) paid for 6 lower jaw implants, but only got 4, and paid for a set of temporaries, but only got top. If I was refunded for these I’d have given a much better review. Just ask exactly what you’re going to get before treatment & you’ll be fine. (I hope) After seeing this review Dentaverse did offer to fix the chip, but I’d have to buy flight tickets & pay for hotel.

Had 6 implants and full set of crowns last year and was extremely happy with the result however 3 weeks ago I suffered a set back and had an abscess under one of the crowns. I contacted the guys at dentaverse who arranged for me to come back so they can complete root canal treatment. I managed to get a flight and they booked me in within a week. Once again everyone was fantastic and I was treated really well. While I was there it was one of the staffs birthday and they had arranged a cake a drinks but instead of leaving sitting in the waiting room they invited me to join them and was also included in the group photo. I felt like one of the family and that it what Dentaverse is like a family that look after all their patients like family. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to get their teeth done.

5 stars is too little to express my deepest gratitude to the Dentaverse for their care, professionalism and friendliness. All the medical team and the receptionist, Mr Abdullah have been very kind, helpful and hospital to me. I strongly recommend the Dentaverse clinic because it is the best value for money and you will be in the good hands of Dr. Birkan Tatar, ( Oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist ), who took the fear out of me before the procedure thanks to his excellent concentration, highly skilled surgical expertise and caring follow up after the operation.
