I came all the way from the United States after reading so many amazing reviews about Lema Clinic:and they did not disappoint. I’ve had dental anxiety my whole life, so having the right team mattered deeply to me.
From my very first visit in 2024, my translator, Bisheng, was the anchor of my entire experience. She led with a warm smile every single day, answered every one of my thousands of questions (literally 😅), and eased my anxiety more than she knows!She held my hand emotionally through two major phases of treatment:the first focused on the health of my teeth and implants, and the second focused on finishing from the first visit,healing and aesthetics. Knowing I wasn’t alone in the process made all the difference.
She also made sure to take care of my mother very well during her procedures and made sure she understood everything that was going to happen and happening.
On my second visit, Sheyma was also incredibly kind and supportive. Together, they made me feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for.
As for the dental team, Ibrahim was outstanding. He is extremely thorough and made every effort to keep me comfortable:numbing me so well that most procedures were completely painless. He did everything he could to make this journey the least stressful it could possibly be, and I’m truly grateful for his expertise.
I even brought my mother, who is 74 and also has severe dental anxiety, and she also experienced little to no pain. That alone speaks volumes.
One thing I really appreciate about Lema:
They don’t rush into cosmetics. They focus on your gum and tooth health first, even if it means your process may take one or two visits depending on your individual needs. And honestly… I’m so thankful they work this way. It’s the reason my results look so natural and healthy.
A few helpful notes for future patients:
• If you stay within their hotel range, they provide transportation.
• If you stay in an Airbnb a bit farther, you’ll need Uber, but it was still very reasonable.
• They also stay open as long as needed each day to make sure every patient is seen,something I really appreciated.
* Also pack a book or well charged phone just to have something for some wait times if you have to wait in between appointments
* They also do everything needed in house so you dont have to really leave to do much,no matter what type of work you need done.In the states you would be running from specialist to dentist etc
This journey was emotional, vulnerable, and at times overwhelming, but the Lema team gave me the best and healthiest smile I’ve ever had in my life. As someone whose dental issues were mostly genetic, this feels like a true blessing.
