Because I normally experience nausea, dental clinics are always a place I'm hesitant to go to. Dr. Berk, with his gentle approach, explained that "it's possible to have a root canal without experiencing nausea and pain," and completed my treatment. Thank you for your efforts. It was a very positive experience for me.
Mustafa extracted my first wisdom tooth here. As someone who is terrified of the dentist's chair, I was very pleased. It was quick, painless, and provided a friendly, relaxing environment. Feel free to come.
First of all, I have to say that root canal therapy is a phobia for me. About 6-7 months ago, I was so angry about a problem I was having with my own dentist that I found them online and called them. The person who answered the phone was Dr. Mustafa's assistant, Fatma. After listening to my frustration for half an hour on the phone with such kindness and when I asked, "How's your doctor?", he replied with such sincerity, "Our doctor is truly wonderful." His tone of voice betrayed me, whether he was lying or telling the truth. I hurried over and met Dr. Mustafa, the person I want to thank secondly. How can someone be so sweet and sincere? He looked at the tooth and suggested a root canal. For half an hour, Tuba tried to get me to think about it, saying, "Please think about it, don't do it, don't do it." I still insisted, "I don't want the extraction." Finally, he couldn't stand it anymore and performed a temporary procedure just to make me have it extracted, which I accepted at that moment. But of course, the root canal ended. And indeed, last week, I went back in pain. Again, for minutes, I asked him, "Please think about it." He tried to get me to have it done, saying, "You won't feel a thing." I had to accept it because the tooth is visible.
It's a miracle I didn't have a heart attack two days before the root canal because I was completely consumed by the idea of jumping up and down, touching a nerve, and crying. And now, my third thank you goes to Dr. Uğur, the man who did my root canal. Let me just say this: I didn't feel the needle, the nerves being removed, or even the slightest ache. I couldn't believe it.
The Dental Center is a truly amazing team. They truly care about you. If Mustafa were a psychologist, he wouldn't be able to do this much. If he hadn't tried so hard with me and coaxed me, I wouldn't have that tooth right now. If you went and said, "Tuba root canal," everyone would have memorized me. They were that hard on me. And they're not that greedy, Mustafa even deducted a portion of the root canal and filling cost for a procedure I'd already done. If you have a dentist phobia or not, and you're looking for a good doctor with a good team, go without hesitation. I don't like recommending doctors because what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. That's how it is. I just wanted to briefly share my experiences, which turned out to be quite long. :) Long story short, Mustafa Bey, Uğur Bey, DENTAL CENTER, thank you very much.
