I had multiple surgical procedures with Professor Ozerdem in 2023. Two of them were revisions and I found the experience horrendous and results of all surgeries dissatisfactory. My consultation was very rushed, particularly as I had been trying to discuss my concerns and questions via Whatsapp for over 9 months prior to the revision surgery and was simply told by his wife, Sofia to wait until I saw the Professor in person. When I finally did, just 16 hours prior to the surgery, he was impatient and walked out before we finished. He was far less knowledgeable than I expected regarding breast and nose surgery. It was also concerning that he didn’t appear to be very interested in the results of his own surgeries and didn’t bother to show me the post-op results with a mirror. I was just cleaned, photographed, and expected to leave. For breast augmentation, the attention to detail was very disappointing. I had to select my own implant size without trying any out. When I asked if I could try different implants to determine the right size, the staff literally threw an implant at me and told me to feel how heavy it was. I was told all Mentor implants were recalled in 2023 (false) and the Professor’s hospital report was full of inaccuracies about what I had said and requested. I complained about the result of the facial fat transfer and was told lumpiness was just a risk I had to accept (rather than a sign of an incompetent practitioner) and fat doesn’t last in certain areas (despite being told I would only lose 20%, not 100%). It appears they recommend procedures they know don’t work. I also complained about the extensive, lumpy scar tissue all over my forehead following a brow lift, which the Professor completely dismissed. His hospital report stated that I couldn’t point out the scar tissue, which was completely false. The aftercare was atrocious. After leaving hospital, I was not contacted once. I had to message them to ask when I could return to have my wounds checked and stitches removed. I contacted Sofia a few weeks later to inform the Professor of a breast infection requiring emergency surgery and removal in my home country, and the response from her was completely ambivalent. In my experience, they lack professionalism, attention to detail and when results are poor, their attitude becomes quite acrimonious. I accept there are risks to surgery, but do not accept the atrocious attitude & treatment I received.

The worst thing that happened to me! 2.5 years ago I had facelift Everything was done wrong!! They say it’s his unique technique 😣 I tried to redo it in my country, but all the doctors I’ve visited ( the best doctors) said they wouldn’t redo it, because it can complicate the things even worse! I look like . a monster who met a butcher 😩 Not to mention I look much older than I actually am!! Avoid going there! Don’t repeat my mistake

Dr. Ozerdem is a very good surgeon, I have met several surgeons in my life, he is the only one who has managed to solve some important problems I had on my face, he is very good about face lifting, and he is very human and kind, and believe me not all surgeons are like that, I have been to him from Italy several times over the years and I think I will return soon♥️
