20 months after my hair transplant, I am writing this review. I paid €4,800 to Civas. I also received a much cheaper offer from another clinic in Turkey, but I chose Civas to ensure a high-quality result. The front area turned out fairly well, but I am disappointed with the crown, where my hair is still thin and the scalp is visible. Before the procedure, my main concern was the crown and the receding hairline at the temples. On the day of the operation, I asked if the hairline could be moved slightly forward, but the clinic advised against it for a more natural look. However, they moved the hairline about 0.5 cm forward at the temples. I appreciate that. The procedure lasted about eight hours. Communication with Civas has been good both before and after the operation. I considered a warranty correction, but the price was almost the same as the original procedure, so I decided not to proceed. Based on the most recent discussions, Civas says that their goal was to make the front area look good and that, in their opinion, they succeeded. I disagree with this, as I specifically pointed out that I am not satisfied with the crown area. Photos are attached.

At 55, I finally decided to do something about my thinning hair. I regret not doing something sooner. Civas hair transplant center did a wonderful job and took great care of us. The results have surpassed any expectations I had and I’m very grateful. I highly recommend them!

Did a transplant and I had no hairline. With a poor donor area they managed to restore it to something that makes me want to look in the mirror again. Best in the business
