Everybody was very welcoming and kind. A huge thank you to Emre hanim who helped with the appointments the questions the timings she was very patient and understanding and has answered all my WhatsApp messages to herself. We went for a lens examination, asking 5-6 times if they would do measurements with a device, and they said they did. However, during the examination, they asked for my old lens measurements and gave me similar lenses; corneal thickness (pachymetry) was not done with the device. I knew this because when I asked the doctor, he said I wouldn't need surgery and there was nothing visible. He said the cornea wasn't that important since I wouldn't have surgery, but lenses thin the cornea. Besides, I had already received a lens prescription from a state hospital a week earlier. Hospitals like 9 Eylül and Tepecik also give away lenses as gifts. The trial lens wasn't even the brand I usually use. Even though I told them the brand I use, the prescription had a different brand. I was expecting a measurement with a device instead of a visual assessment. Therefore, I felt I wasn't examined in sufficient detail. That's why I came here in the first place. In private hospitals I'd been to before, detailed measurements, including corneal thickness, were done. I already have a green card, so I thought the price would be more affordable here, and they had the tests I wanted, but it backfired. Because I didn't get what I wanted, and it was useless. I got my lenses with a prescription from the state hospital, not from here. I went with this expectation, but I was not satisfied and decided not to come again. Later, I was contacted and asked to delete the review. This could have been done after offering a solution or compensation, but the fact that they only requested the removal of the review without offering any of these bothered me. They only tried to offer a solution after I mentioned it. I believe it's natural to honestly share my experience. I think that feedback regarding the service should be handled in a solution-oriented and constructive manner, rather than creating a perception of threat through legal action, which would be more appropriate for both patients and the institution. Also, please know this: You could have written a response in the comments section, but I do not find it ethical and I believe it is against the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for your institution to use my personal information to protect its reputation. A patient's personal information cannot be used for reputational purposes.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks for the care, attention, and professionalism you showed during my cataract and smart lens surgery. Thanks to both your medical knowledge and your reassuring approach to your patients, my surgery was extremely comfortable. I am grateful for your efforts and dedication in restoring my eyesight.
