I went to Mr. Yasin during my short vacation in Turkey to get a zirconium crown for my 47th molar during the last week of August. My intention was to have the work done at home during my vacation and then return home with peace of mind. The procedure took 3-4 days. However, while eating on the return flight, I felt a shift in my tooth. Only 10 days later, my tooth was still stuck in my hand during another meal.
Such a procedure should last a lifetime; if not, it should last at least 10 years. But mine didn't even last 10 days. Therefore, I had to take another leave, incur travel expenses, and return to Turkey amidst my busy schedule. Because where I live, no one wanted to take responsibility for another doctor's botched work.
Mr. Yasin apologized and refunded my fee in exchange for returning the missing tooth. However, I was left with nothing but disappointment, wasted time, money, and, most importantly, nervous stress.
Moreover, there were also issues with politeness and hygiene. The office resembled an apartment; people were smoking in the kitchen. The smell of cigarettes permeated the doctor's hands, and even the gloves he wore couldn't mask it. I realized this too late, and due to the difficulty of finding another doctor with my limited time, I was forced to continue.
