I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at west aesthetics . I had a surgery done and the results were not what I was promised. The asymmetry is noticeable and I'm still dealing with scarring. Communication was also really poor - my concerns were brushed off and I felt like I wasn't being heard. If you're considering this clinic, I'd advise you to do your research and ask lots of questions. Don't take everything at face value like I did. Make sure you understand the risks and potential outcomes. For me, the whole experience has been a letdown.

I had my Rhinoplasty at West in Oct 2023, and could not have had a better experience. To start with my consult, let me just say that it was the first and ONLY clinic I consulted with when on my search for a clinic to do my rhinoplasty. During my consult my surgeon was exceptionally professional and was honest and realistic with my desired result. Upon leaving, I felt confident that he was the doctor for me. I paid my deposit and scheduled my surgery for only about a month later! Bear in mind, this was my first time ever going under for surgery, and i was extremely scared. However, the staff was SO kind and made me very comfortable, and before i knew it the procedure was over. When i tell you i had ZERO pain during my recovery.It was the most worry-free experience i could have had. Every post-op appointment was easy and i had all my questions answered each time with no problem. Now, a year later i am beyond happy with my results. I can confidently recommend West to anybody interested, they will not disappoint!
