I went to Medical Point Hospital upon recommendation, but I regret going there. It would have been much better to go to the Social Security Institution (SGK) hospital. They haven't responded to my child's test results for 15 days. They say they'll get back to you on Monday. Then they go on annual leave. Well, you left, call them when you come back, and they don't have a room. Shame on you. They know very well not to give out the ID without getting the money.

I first went to Dr. Kıvılcım for treatment of skin blemishes. I have a skin type that is sensitive to the sun and prone to discoloration. She recommended fractional laser treatment and explained in detail why she would perform this treatment and how I should manage the process. Trusting in my doctor's treatment method and knowledge, we proceeded with the treatment, and I am very happy with the results now. Kıvılcım is one of those rare doctors who does his job well. After meeting him, I've never gone to another dermatologist. He's become our family doctor. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. In my opinion, he's the best in the region.
