In October 2024, my family and I traveled from New York to Istanbul based on the recommendation of a close family friend who frequently visits Istanbul for her business. We specifically chose your clinic for my parents to undergo full dental implant procedures. Regrettably, the results have been highly unsatisfactory. As shown in the attached photographs, the metal screws are now exposed, and the lower implants appear duplicated, doubled, and improperly positioned. These issues have caused significant concern regarding both the functionality and aesthetic outcome of the treatment. We request a prompt review of this matter and an explanation of how these results will be addressed. In addition, upon arrival of meeting the crew at the dental office, the first question was whether we had the funds to pay them immediately prior to any work being completed.

I had both orthodontic treatment and restorative/cosmetic work here, which was a two-year process in total. From the very beginning, the diagnosis and treatment plan were explained clearly and professionally. Throughout the whole treatment, the approach was always highly professional yet very friendly, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. The pricing was very fair compared to the excellent quality of services I received. Overall, it has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I have already recommended this clinic to many friends and acquaintances.
