Do not go here, in our experience, this clinic operates in a very misleading way. We urgently needed antibiotics and asked our hotel where the nearest pharmacy was. Instead, we were directed into a confusing and dishonest situation. A so-called “hotel doctor” (who appeared unprofessional and not credible) insisted on arranging a car for us, which drove only a very short distance and dropped us at this clinic. Once there, we repeatedly asked for a pharmacy, but our request was ignored. We were told we had to be examined, and they even tried to put us on an IV. We refused, as it felt completely unnecessary, and attempted to leave. At that point, the staff became angry and pressured us to sign paperwork and pay. We were then presented with a bill of over €400 with no clear explanation or justification, and were threatened with legal action if we did not pay. Please be extremely cautious with this clinic. Before you know it, you can end up paying a large amount without receiving any meaningful help.

My experience with the staff at this clinic was truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful, genuinely friendly, attentive, and very empathetic. Communication was seamless, as the staff spoke excellent English and German, which made everything so much easier and reassuring. Even though the visit was due to a personally rather negative reason, the way I was welcomed and cared for turned it into a very positive and comforting experience. I felt understood and supported at every moment. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for their exceptional professionalism and kindness.

I’m from Poland and I’ve been to this clinic few times… First time 4 years ago as a tourist and now as a tourist representative. Their care is so magnificent. They helped me so much. And also all stuff is so kind. They know some words in Polish:) But also I tried my skills in Turkish and French. And also when it comes to the insurance it’s so easy to manage.
