The doctor I had cataract surgery with in 2019 on recommendation, and whom I brought my uncle from out of town for surgery last month, is a good and expert physician, but unfortunately, his communication style is quite disturbing. He gives curt answers when you ask questions, expresses different opinions during check-ups, and while knowledge and expertise are important factors, communication is essential. I hope the doctor will reflect on this. Thank you.
