I had a worse experience in this dentist office. I cleaned my teeth in Avrupadent location Eski İzmir Cd. No:126-134 A, 35110 Karabağlar/İzmir, Türkiye. on afternoon, August 13th 2023. Dentist (Ecem Turkuşağı) who clean my teeth max in 4 minutes because it was late and she has to go home. I asked her cleaning is done she said Yes. I mentioned that, I never had a cleaning teeth that quick she said it’s done. said, (geçmiş olsun) I didn’t ask for short window appointment. They clinic schedule me on giving time even I was there 10 minutes early. Also, one of my teeth surface has a scratch and she suggested to fix and I asked, it won’t falls off or when I’m chewing or brushing my teeth? she said No, I said okay. Guess what? within a week just in 5 days it falls off. I’m not crying for money they charge me but I really disappointed and mistreated as patient, customer and as guest in this clinic. as a foreigner please be extra cautious when you visit this dental clinic!

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their friendly smiles and attentiveness. Ms. Sude is a very positive, sincere, and incredibly sweet doctor who not only cared for me but also my daughter, helping me understand all my dental problems perfectly ❤️ Her touch was incredibly gentle during the tartar removal, and I experienced no pain or sensitivity at all. The staff at the desk, the assistants, everyone I met at the Bozyaka branch were very friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. Thank you 🌈
