I had a very good experience with the hair transplant at Dr. Hakan Clinic, which I did through health travels. Not only were the hotel, transfer etc. excellent. I felt very well taken care of, all questions, even hesitant and critical ones, are answered realistically and you are not just placated, as you get the impression with other providers. Great expert support and very meticulous planning. health travels is very friendly in everything, also answering all questions after the surgery very detailed. I would definately choose this provider again.

I had a wonderful experience with health travel in Istanbul. I was thinking about a hair transplantation since many years but never found the courage to finally get it done, partially as well due to the lack of trust in doctors and clinics. I decided for Turkey not for a cost reason, it was rather the conversation and interaction with Clemens Weber from Health Travel that have me the final input to go ahead. He is a very calm and knowledgeable person and took himself the time for several phone calls. He described me his journey in Istanbul and how he came to work in this Industry. I was particularly impressed with his due diligence regarding the clinic and doctors selection. The trip was perfect starting with the airport pickup in a luxurious Van, the quality of the 5* Marriott Hotel, the taxi rides between hotel and clinic, where the drivers where perfectly speaking German. Having said that, the experience at Dr. Demirsoy’s consultation office was wonderful as well. The office was located in a very modern tower at the 42nd floor and all standards of hygiene were outstanding. Besides the nice view Dr. Demirsoy is a highly qualitative doctor that is since more than 20 years specialized in FUE hair transplantations. He is very professional, openminded and he got this arty flair when he starts drawing the hairline. A translator is at all times available since the Dr. does not speak German and only little English. The operation went super smooth, I could not even believe how pain free it was. After 6 h I had my 2670 grafts done and went back to the hotel. My stay in Istanbul was just perfect since I used the weekend before to explore the city. I am now at day 13 post OP and everything went fine. Scabs falling off and my hairline looks great. Now it takes some time and patience to enjoy the full results. Very important to mention that health travel and Mister Weber are not only there for you before you hand in the cash, they are a sparing partner via what’s app for all concerns even weeks after. I loved the whole experience from pre-sales to after-sales. I can highly recommend you to get this experience I had, this people are working with dedication and passion. Thank you to the whole team. I had an awesome eye laser surgery experience with Health Travels. Everything went perfectly smooth, starting with the communication and booking to the procedure in Istanbul. I'd definitely recommend others to book via this agency if you're considering a laser eye surgery!
