I traveled from the United States to Istanbul for a hair transplant, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team (Mr. Fatih, Mr. Faruk, Miss Merve) at Hair City was incredibly professional from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself went smoothly with no complications, and the staff was consistently polite and attentive. They also provided detailed aftercare instructions, which gave me confidence about the recovery process. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. The professionalism, care, and expertise exceeded my expectations.

I had a hair transplant surgery about a month ago at Hair city Istanbul. First of all, Mehmet Aslan was very helpful through whatsapp with booking and all information related to the procedure was provided. Mehmet also did me a solid favour as I couldn't put credit on my turkish simcard, after I let him know about my issue, he kindly credited my sim and I was able to use it for the days i was in Turkiye. I was very impressed at the location, the building as well as the entire 10th floor that was used for the hair transplant clinic. I drove to the clinic and was glad to know i could park freely in the underground car park. You must mention you are going to the hair clinic to the security before they can open the barriers. I felt very comfortable at the reception. The atmosphere was certainly welcoming. I was seen right away br Dr Fatih. He was a very down to earth individual who spoke in a calm and collected manner. The explanation of the procedure was clear but there is a lot to take in, just in 1 day. So I would recommend to the management if there is a clear and concise step by step guide printed in a peice of paper for patient's to keep. I requested DHI method of hair transplant and was definitely satisfied with the results (initial results ofc). I had 4 staff working around the clock to get the job done as efficiently as possible. My transplant procedure took 8 hours, with roughly 5000 graphs. I was given a break mid way and they provided me with food! I was super hungry so I really really appreciated that food! I came back the following day for the first wash. Dr Fatih carried out the first wash himself. Explained clearly the washing process and even allowed me to record so I don't forget. I was also given the option of purchasing a post hair transplant hair care kit. I never felt pressured to buy this and it was at a very reasonable price of 6000TL. The set is supposed to last approx 6 months +. The clinic was super clean, tidy and neat. Toilets were well maintained. There was also a young lady who kindly explained how often to take the medicine that is also provided. I'd say about half the staff could communicate in English. Some better than the others. I hope this review helps others in making that difficult decision of which clinic to go to when there is so much competition in Turkey. I'm very happy and satisfied with the outcome thus far. Hopefully it all goes well 6-9 months later. Best of luck evereyone!

Got my hair transplanted from hair city istanbul really appreciate the work they've done the work was done well and the staff really helpful. Will recommend it for any one who wants to transplant. And the most important their rates are much more affordable than the other clinics.
