I booked a Botox appointment for my mother, and it turned out to be our biggest regret. Botox under the eyes? Seriously? Are we sure they're even doctors? My mother currently has drooping eyelids, strabismus, and double vision. We went to an eye doctor, and they recommended seeing a neurologist, hoping that if we continue to experience problems because of this, they will continue to do so. I will complain wherever I need to and I will not let this go. At her follow-up appointment, they said to apply hot and cold compresses, as this can happen. This is a business that disregards human health. Go only if your life isn't important to them.

Wow.....i visited Dr. Altunbaş today....from the moment I walked in until the moment i left i felt immediately welcomed by his professional staff! As a foreigner living in Turkey I have to deal with businesses overcharging me because they hear my accent in Turkish is foreign....sadly! My experience with Turkish businesses has generally been stressful because I understand that i am given inflated prices even though I have lived here since 2008, work here , pay taxes here, speak Turkish and have a Turkish husband. However, his staff immediately treated me as a normal Turkish patient and didn't do this! Fatoş Kanım was wonderful and reassuring and Musafar (sp?)Bay was amazing! They took their time and were very gentle and spoke English with me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable because i am foreign, as is so often my experience....I have finally found the Dr. of my dreams in Bursa and will never go any where else! I highly recommend this office to both Turks and foreigners alike if you want wonderful, kind and caring service at the best cost in Bursa... thank you to everyone at DR. Altunbaş! I look forward to visiting again...i had filler and Botox today and had immediate results and left feeling beautiful! Çok teşekkür ederim....her şey çok süper!!!! Tebrikler! This is a first class experience!

My mother and I had Botox injections. The first two weeks went smoothly, and we had our check-ups. Now, in our third week, one of our eyelids has started to droop. It started with my mother, and we thought maybe it was a stye, since we didn't see anything. Now it's started in me too. This is definitely not a coincidence. Reading the reviews, everyone seems to be suffering from the same thing. What good would it do to go and talk to them? In some areas, the Botox hadn't fully taken hold in my mother's eyes, and when she mentioned it at the check-up, they attributed it to her age. My mother has a history of Botox injections with a different doctor; we chose this place because of the price increases. We thought, "What could possibly go wrong?" But this is just unbelievable. I'm sure we won't find a solution to our problem, so I'll patiently wait for the Botox effect to wear off. But don't be foolish, you get what you pay for, folks!!!
