I had a hair transplant at this clinic and the result has been devastating. My hairline was placed far too low, and hair was transplanted onto my actual face rather than within the natural hairline. The transplanted hair is wiry, coarse, and completely different in texture to the rest of my hair. It looks unnatural and plug-like, with a permanent dark shadow where the grafts were placed. I also have a clear cobblestone effect, which indicates poor technique and overharvesting/incorrect implantation. The procedure was carried out by low-skilled nurses rather than a qualified surgeon, and it shows. I have since been reviewed by a doctor who told me this is the poorest hair transplant he has ever seen. What makes this even worse is the aftercare — or complete lack of it. Like many clinics in Turkey, once they have your money, they stop caring. I have sent multiple messages on WhatsApp trying to resolve this. My last message was in October, when the coordinator told me she would speak to the clinic about removing the incorrectly transplanted hair. It is now January 2025 and I have still had no update. They read messages and simply do not respond. This has left me with permanent facial hair, significant emotional distress, and the additional cost of corrective treatment elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think very carefully and do extensive research before proceeding.

Hair grafts look like plugs. Hair was transplanted to close to the face. It looks completely unnatural. I would not recommend this clinic. There is no patient aftercare when I asked them to fix the issue They told me it’s not possible. Stay away
