I started my dental veneer process with Dr. Koray five years ago. Initially, he planned and performed a bridge and root canal veneer, placing a single-piece veneer on the upper part. When it was first fitted, it was too big; I couldn't even close my mouth. It was trimmed and adjusted many times before being fitted again. Then, the veneer on my right side started coming loose in several places. Every time I said it was too big, the doctor said no, just adjusted it, reapplied the veneer, and sent me away. Finally, it came loose again, and I stopped going back. I still can't pronounce words properly, I can't close my mouth completely, and there's swelling in my tooth and gum after the veneer application, and that swelling is still there, which he still doesn't accept. The upper part of my veneer has been loose for months now. It bleeds every time I brush since it was done; he said it's normal, and it still bleeds. I've been humiliated despite paying for it; I've been suffering from my teeth since yesterday. He made it huge, and he doesn't accept his mistake. It's a problematic veneer, and it's been like this since it was done.

I was taking my daughter to Başak at the Özlüce branch, and we were very pleased with her. She left later, so they recommended Yasemin. It was a terrible experience. Her assistant had a scowling face, seemed to be struggling, and seemed tense. They were laughing uproariously while doing the procedure. My daughter cried for a while when she left. I would never, ever recommend her. I would never recommend a dentist named Yasemin!
