Highly recommend Dr Smile. From the very first point of contact, this was such a smooth process. Any nerves i had about the treatment quickly disappeared, and from start to finish, everything was dealt with professionally but personally. Everyone at the clinic was extremely warm and welcoming, and the communication at every point was outstanding. Such a friendly, fantastic team who went above and beyond for us in the lead up to travelling and during every aspect of our stay. All the arrangements of the whole trip were taken care of, and both my partner and I were looked after in any way they could. I felt very reassured about the treatment I was having and the work being carried out. Any pain I had was very minimal, and I was reassured the whole time, which helped to make the trip enjoyable. The care I received was exceptionally impressive. The team really did go above and beyond with genuine care. I am truly blown away with every aspect and to say I am happy with my new teeth would be an understatement it really has helped with my confidence and I feel that I have a new lease of life, my only regret is that I didn't get this done sooner. I am looking forward to my return visit in December and am feeling very positive for the final stages of getting my back teeth done. I already anticipate that the visit to the clinic will be as successful as my last trip. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Dr smile.

Contact this clinic if you're thinking of having dental work done, they don't pressure you or try to upsell anything. Communication is key when starting a journey towards a new smile. Dr Smile Clinic has no worries on that score, from the 1st meeting in Exeter, talking with Ayşe about what was involved, how to arrange everything and what I could expect from them. The week before I flew out, I was given Eçem's details, she sent me a photo of my driver, hotel details (I had already been given them) and most importantly, a weather report 😊 The 1st day at the clinic, was busy. A full consultation, xrays, photos, lots of paperwork, Ahmet speaks excellent English, so translation is not a problem, then once I was happy, paid the 1st agreed installment. Then treatment, not going to lie, it's quite a thing removing whats left of your teeth and having implants placed. I was very apprehensive but the surgeon was very reassuring and patient with me. When it was over, I was moved to a quiet room with my husband and Eçem for company, until they were sure I was OK to go back to the hotel. I was given antibiotics, painkillers, mouthwash, face mask and full care instructions. Plus an appointment for the next day. The rest of the week involved daily visits to check healing and create temporary fixed teeth, Dr Ayşe is a perfectionist when it comes to making sure your smile is right and I have every confidence that when I return in February, she will create a beautiful permanent smile for me.

This was my second visit to the clinic and once again I am very satisfied. The professional approach, pleasant atmosphere, and full commitment of the staff make me feel in good hands here. I recommend it to anyone looking for specialized and friendly care.
