I've been going for years and recommend it to all my friends and family. The experienced and light-handed doctors inspire confidence. The environment is hygienic. Their hospitality is top-notch. It's a great place for those afraid of teeth extractions. Buse Hanım, Burak Bey, and Can Bey are truly excellent at their jobs. They also have a contracted Maxillofacial Surgeon, Yasin Bey, who is each a valuable and expert in his field. And let's not forget the staff. Beyza Hanım is also truly excellent at her job. I recommend her to everyone.

After the terrible experience we had today, this is a place we would never recommend. When my 8-year-old daughter got scared and cried during treatment, Dr. Buse Cengiz yelled at her. We kindly asked her not to yell at her. She abruptly announced that she would finish the treatment. She said she would refund the payment and left the room. We told her we wanted to talk to her to find out what needed to be done for her unfinished treatment. We asked her to at least say goodbye to our daughter, but she didn't come. This is truly sad and hurtful behavior.

This is a business you should absolutely avoid. I say "business" because the staff's attitudes and approaches have nothing to do with a medical institution. Doctor Buse Cengiz's verbally abusive approach to patients and their families is also abusive. Other staff members try to manipulate you by claiming that "shouting" is an alternative treatment. I will also be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Health. I absolutely do not recommend it!
